Volleyball Recap: Lotus School for Excellence Falls to Two Roads Charter School in First Game of Season

Lotus School For Excellence kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 3-0 to the Two Roads Charter School Falcons. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it six in a row.

While Lotus School For Excellence was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Two Roads Charter School's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-20.

The win (which was Two Roads Charter School's third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Lotus School For Excellence wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Cripple Creek-Victor on the 27th. As for Two Roads Charter School, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 win against William Smith on the 27th.
