Volleyball Recap: Walkertown Has No Trouble Against High Point Central

The Walkertown Wolfpack made easy work of the High Point Central Bison on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolfpack.

While Walkertown won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 28-26.

Madison Holmes paced Walkertown's offense, picking up six kills. Holmes got some help from Chloe Isaacs and her 21 assists. Isaacs was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Walkertown's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Walkertown will take on Atkins at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for High Point Central, they will challenge Glenn at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
