Forest Lake had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Mounds View Mustangs with a sharp 3-0 win. The Rangers were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Mustangs, so the Rangers were just returning the favor.

Forest Lake's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Mounds View, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
