Football Game Recap: Indianola Academy vs. Bayou Academy

It was all tied up at the half for Indianola Academy and Bayou Academy on Friday, but Indianola Academy stepped up in the second half. Indianola Academy took down Bayou Academy 42-24. The victory was familiar territory for Indianola Academy, who now have seven in a row.

Bayou Academy's loss came about despite a quality game from senior Cross Crowe, who passed for 334 yards and 3 touchdowns. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse junior Kellar Otts, who racked up 11 tackles.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Indianola Academy will be playing at home against Lee Academy at next week. These teams both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous games. As for Bayou Academy, they will face off against North Delta.
