Baseball Recap: St. Mary's Comes Up Short

St. Mary fell victim to Cactus Shadows and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Falcons, falling 8-0. The Knights' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

St. Mary's saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luis Mejia, who went 2-for-4 with one double.

St. Mary's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Cactus Shadows, their win was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-2-1.
