Canyon entered their tilt with Troy on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Warriors. The Comanches were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Warriors, so the Comanches were just returning the favor.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Canyon took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-13.

Canyon's win bumped their record up to 15-13. As for Troy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 14 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-16 record this season.
