Soccer Recap: Southeast Raleigh Takes a Loss

Southeast Raleigh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the Fuquay - Varina Bengals. That's two games in a row now that Southeast Raleigh have lost by exactly nine goals.

Southeast Raleigh's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Fuquay - Varina, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-6.

Coincidentally, Southeast Raleigh and Fuquay - Varina will both be playing Clayton the next time they take the pitch. The Bengals will head out to face the Comets at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bulldogs will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
