Volleyball Game Preview: Jefferson Academy Jaguars vs. Stargate School Eagles + Official Tickets

The Jefferson Academy Jaguars are taking a road trip to face off against the Stargate School Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Jefferson Academy managed to slip by Kent Denver the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Jaguars lost 3-0 to the Sun Devils on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Jaguars have suffered since September 17th.

Jefferson Academy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Stargate School posted their closest victory since October 2, 2024 on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Colorado Academy, sneaking past 3-2. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won six in a row.

Jefferson Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Stargate School, their victory bumped their record up to 17-2.

Jefferson Academy might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Stargate School when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Jaguars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
