Football Recap: Wasilla Comes Up Short at Home Against Lathrop + How To Watch

Wasilla unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 34-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lathrop Malemutes on Friday. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Malemutes recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dylan Reddick, who picked up 38 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Brayden Sparrs was another key passer, throwing for 113 yards and two touchdowns.
