Jamestown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They took a 62-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Poquoson Islanders. One positive for the Eagles, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Jamestown's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Poquoson, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

Jamestown will host Lafayette at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lafayette is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.1 points per game this season. As for Poquoson, they will head out on the road to square off against York at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
