Recap: St. David's Warriors vs. Trinity Academy Tigers
The St. David's Warriors waltzed into their game on Friday with seven straight wins but they left with eight. They came out on top against Trinity Academy by a score of 30-17. That's another feather in the cap for St. David's, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
St. David's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jordyn Driggers, who scored ten points along with five assists and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Driggers has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kate Benson, who scored six points along with seven steals.
St. David's is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. As for Trinity Academy, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-5.
St. David's does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Trinity Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
