Red Oak is 8-0-2 against Corsicana since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Red Oak Hawks will face off against the Corsicana Tigers at 7:15 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Red Oak is headed into the game having not lost since January 11 and will look to keep things rolling. They never let Ennis onto the board and left with a 3-0 victory on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won four matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Corsicana duked it out withMidlothian Heritage on Tuesday. Corsicana won by a goal and slipped past Midlothian Heritage 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Chris Velasquez and Giancarlo Zuniga scored all three of Corsicana's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Corsicana's win bumped their record up to 8-3-1. As for Red Oak, they have also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2-4 record this season.

Red Oak skirted past Corsicana 1-0 when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Will Red Oak repeat their success, or does Corsicana have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
