McAllen Memorial can attribute much of their success to Juliet Trevino, who had four digs and two aces, and Bree Garcia, who had ten assists.

Meanwhile, McAllen got the win against Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

McAllen's got stronger as the match went on, holding Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-19, 25-14.

McAllen's win bumped their record up to 26-14. As for McAllen Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 31-8.

McAllen Memorial took their win against McAllen in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
