Preview: Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders vs. Fulton Falcons        
        
		
            
 Gatlinburg-Pittman is 7-1 against Fulton since January of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Wednesday. The Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders will look to defend their home court  against the Fulton Falcons at 6:00  p.m. Gatlinburg-Pittman will be looking to extend their current 15-game winning streak.
 Gatlinburg-Pittman can now show off 17 landslide victories after their most recent  game  on Friday. They breezed by Alcoa on the road  to the tune of  58-30. Given Gatlinburg-Pittman's advantage  in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings  (they are ranked fifth, while Alcoa is ranked 36th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Gatlinburg-Pittman's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Maliyah Glasper, who  scored 17 points along with six  steals. Another player making a difference was  Maddy Newman, who  scored 17 points along with two  steals and two  blocks.
 Meanwhile, Fulton earned a  35-27 victory over Austin-East  on Saturday. The  win made it back-to-back wins for Fulton.
 Gatlinburg-Pittman is  on a roll lately: they've  won 17 of their last 18 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 23-2 record this season. As for Fulton, their victory bumped their record up to 10-12.
 Everything came up roses for Gatlinburg-Pittman against Fulton in their previous matchup  back in February of 2023 as the  team secured a  61-29 victory. Will Gatlinburg-Pittman repeat their success,  or does  Fulton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
