Basketball Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline was the 70-39 winner over Stockton when they last played one another back in January of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Skyline Tigers fell 55-48 to the Stockton Tigers on Saturday. Skyline has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Stockton, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Skyline will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Diamond at 6:00 p.m. on January 21st. As for Stockton, they are taking a road trip to challenge Greenwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
