Southcrest Christian entered their tilt with Christ the King Cathedral on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victor by a 49-23 margin over the Christ the King Cathedral Golden Lions. Southcrest Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 26 points or more this season.

The win got Southcrest Christian back to even at 5-5. As for Christ the King Cathedral, they dropped their record down to 8-9 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing All Saints Episcopal School the next time they take the court. Christ the King Cathedral will head out to face All Saints Episcopal School at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, while Southcrest Christian will host them at 6:15 p.m. on February 4th.
