J.R. Tucker has gone a perfect 3-0 against Varina recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. J.R. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

J.R. Tucker's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Varina, they moved to 3-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Everything went J.R. Tucker's way against Varina in their previous meeting back in April of 2023, as J.R. Tucker made off with a 13-3 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
