Volleyball Recap: Mt. Olive Gets the Win

Mt. Olive lost to Springfield Southeast back in September of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0.

Mt. Olive's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Springfield Southeast, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Mt. Olive wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against South County on the 13th. As for Springfield Southeast, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Ramsey on the 13th.
