Football Game Preview: Mt. Blue Cougars vs. Winthrop Ramblers

The Mt. Blue Cougars will take on the Winthrop Ramblers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Friday, Mt. Blue ended up a good deal behind Messalonskee and lost 26-7. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Winthrop strolled past Poland with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 21-6. Those 21 points were actually the fewest the Ramblers have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Mt. Blue's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Winthrop, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.
