Football Game Preview: Natchez Bulldogs vs. Sumrall Bobcats + Official Tickets

The Natchez Bulldogs will face off against the Sumrall Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither Natchez nor Sumrall posted many points in their last games, so it might be the defenses that decide this one.

Things were looking good for Natchez after they put the first points on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They took a 17-12 hit to the loss column at the hands of Laurel. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Golden Tornadoes: they've now lost nine in a row.

Although Natchez took the loss, they still got scores from Patrick Banks, Jr and Anthony Givens, Jr.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Sumrall duked it out with Brookhaven on Friday. The Bobcats fell 21-9 to the Panthers.

Sumrall's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Natchez, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
