Volleyball Recap: Petersburg Crimson Wave vs. Colonial Heights Colonials

Petersburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Colonial Heights Colonials, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Crimson Wave of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-8, 25-10.

Colonial Heights found their leader in sophomore Amelia Howison, who had 11 aces. Those 11 aces set a new season-high mark for Howison.
