Softball Recap: Western Christian Comes Up Short

Western Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 11-3 to the Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the NIGHTHAWKS this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-7 last Tuesday.

Western Christian's record now sits at 0-9. As for Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Western Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 8-1 defeat against Hinton on the 13th. As for Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley, they will head out to face off against West Lyon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their 13th straight victory, something the NIGHTHAWKS surely won't give up without a fight.
