Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Queen's Grant). They really took it to the Carolina International Comets for the full four quarters, racking up an 84-39 win. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 60-20.

Queen's Grant's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Bobby Montgomery III, who made all 6 shots he took for 17 points and six assists. That's the most assists Montgomery III has posted since back in January. Mekhi Allen was another key player, shooting 69% from the field to rack up 19 points.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Queen's Grant was working as a unit and finished the game with 23 assists. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now racked up at least 21 assists in three consecutive contests.

Queen's Grant is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points over those games. As for Carolina International, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Queen's Grant and Blythewood will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Carolina International, they will take on Central Cabarrus in a tournament on Saturday. The Comets will need to watch out since the Vikings have now posted at least 55 points in their last four games.
