Volleyball Recap: Western Branch Takes a Loss

Western Branch and Landstown squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Western Branch had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Bruins just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

The final score came out to 25-9, 23-25, 25-18, 25-13.

Western Branch's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Landstown, they pushed their record up to 15-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Western Branch nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
