Basketball Game Preview: West Marion Trojans vs. Sumrall Bobcats + How To Watch

The West Marion Trojans are taking a road trip to challenge the Sumrall Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

West Marion's last matchup with Columbia could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Thursday. The Trojans were dealt an 80-50 defeat at the hands of the Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Trojans have suffered since November 22, 2024.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Sumrall faced off against Lamar Christian on Thursday. The Bobcats took a hard 69-50 fall against the Lions. The defeat continues a trend for the Bobcats in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost five in a row.

Sumrall now has a losing record of 1-2. As for West Marion, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
