Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Quincy). Everything went their way against the Ephrata Tigers on Tuesday as they made off with a 15-5 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Jackrabbits as it put an end to their nine-game losing streak.

Quincy's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-13 and their overall record up to 3-14. As for Ephrata, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Quincy is set to challenge their familiar foe Grandview at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Ephrata will take on rival Ellensburg at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
