Volleyball Recap: Crystal Lake South Comes Up Short

Crystal Lake South's tournament run continued when they took on Hersey on Saturday. The Gators took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huskies.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-16.

Crystal Lake South now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Hersey, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.

Crystal Lake South wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Palatine on the 4th. As for Hersey, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Lake Park on the 4th.
