Albion (19-2, 13-1) is riding a league-best 13-game winning streak. In the past week, the Purple Eagles won another two games, including a 6-4 victory over Lewiston-Porter.

Royalton-Hartland made the biggest jump in the New York state rankings, all the way from 182 to 128.
Medina's pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing five hits and three walks to lead the league in both categories. The Mustangs have given up a mere 132 hits on the year, while striking out 129 opposing hitters.
Scott Petry is the leader in that category with 49 Ks on the season.
