Soccer Recap: Orange Glen Now 6-2 over Last Eight Games

Orange Glen won the last time they faced Maranatha Christian and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Orange Glen Patriots walked away with a 3-1 win over the Maranatha Christian Eagles. Given the Patriots' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 105th, while the Eagles are ranked 759th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Orange Glen has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for Maranatha Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.
