The Mattawan Wildcats made easy work of the Mt. Pleasant Oilers on Saturday and carried off a 10-1 win. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 matches by six runs or more this season.

Mattawan is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-6-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Mt. Pleasant, they now have a losing record of 9-10-1.
