Soccer Game Preview: Hebron Christian vs. Toombs County

The Hebron Christian Lions will square off against the Toombs County Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hebron Christian will come into the match with an undefeated record on the line.

Hebron Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They blew past Hart County 11-2 on Tuesday. Kaitlyn Green was a massive factor in the win as she booted in five goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Toombs County had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They skirted past Woodville-Tompkins 2-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Toombs County were the better team in the second half.

Hebron Christian pushed their record up to 11-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those six contests. As for Toombs County, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
