Football Recap: Leesville Road Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Leesville Road entered their game against Rolesville on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Pride took a 20-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pride of the 47-24 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2021.

Damacio Cueto threw for 98 yards and one touchdown. Devin Goldston was his top target, picking up 65 receiving yards and one TD.

Rolesville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gavin Waddell, who picked up 119 receiving yards and one score. Another passer making a difference was Kaleb Williams, who threw for 207 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 17 passes.

Leesville Road's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Rolesville, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.
