Alice was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in 4A Region IV District 31. The Coyotes beat King 37-20 earlier in the week.

Miller scaled the state rankings by moving to 876 from 968 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Buccaneers were able to make move up by topping West Oso 14-12.

Ray's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Matthew Merino threw for 243 yards and Armando Garza had 111 yards receiving. On the ground Merino chipped in 126 yards. Myles Balderas helped Ray's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 63 yards.
