Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ruby Fisher and Isabell Orgill Lead Murray to Victory

Murray waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Hunter Wolverines by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2018.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 18-25, 25-22, 25-14.

Leading Murray to victory were Isabell Orgill and Ruby Fisher. Orgill had 13 digs and two aces, while Fisher had 15 digs, 13 kills, two aces, and one block. Fisher is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least six every time she's taken the court this season.

Murray's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Hunter, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Murray didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Deseret Peak on the 21st. As for Hunter, they have also already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Logan on the 21st.
