Basketball Recap: Prague Comes Up Short

Prague suffered their closest loss since January 19, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Seminole Chieftains by a score of 65-62. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Red Devils came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 138th, while the Chieftains are ranked 312th).

Prague's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Seminole, they moved to 3-10 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Prague will head out to square off against Holdenville at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st. As for Seminole, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-55 victory against Stroud on the 25th.
