St. Louis Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Lake Charles College Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Everything came up roses for Lake Charles College Prep against St. Louis Catholic when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 46-6 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trailblazers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
