Basketball Game Preview: Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets vs. Jenkins Warriors

Southeast Bulloch hasn't had much luck against Jenkins recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets will venture away from home to take on the Jenkins Warriors at 6:00 p.m.

Southeast Bulloch is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 20th straight game dating back to last season on Saturday. They took a 42-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of Groves.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Jenkins, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They really took it to Liberty County for the full four quarters, racking up a 63-19 victory. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 23 points or more this season.

Jenkins pushed their record up to 13-8 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.7 points per game. As for Southeast Bulloch, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-17.

Southeast Bulloch strolled past Jenkins in their previous meeting back in February of 2020 by a score of 47-29. Will Southeast Bulloch repeat their success, or does Jenkins have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
