Basketball Recap: Bethel Christian's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Bethel Christian waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 63-56 win over the Packinghouse Christian Academy Bears. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 75-48 on January 7th.

Bethel Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alakai Farley, who went 11 of 22 on his way to 28 points along with seven boards and three steals. The dominant performance gave Farley a new career-high in points. Chris Lahham was another key player, going 6 for 13 en route to 21 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals.

Bethel Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in three consecutive contests.

Bethel Christian pushed their record up to 13-6 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.5 points per game. As for Packinghouse Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.
