Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Julia Martain and Hailey Huddleston Lead Boulder Creek to Victory

Boulder Creek won the last time they faced West Point and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Jaguars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Dragons. The win was some much needed relief for the Jaguars as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Boulder Creek took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-10, 25-13.

Leading Boulder Creek to victory were Hailey Huddleston and Julia Martain. Huddleston had three digs and two aces, while Martain had eight digs and two assists. What's more, Huddleston racked up 14 assists, the most she's had since back in September.

Boulder Creek's victory bumped their record up to 15-18. As for West Point, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-10.

Coming up, Boulder Creek will welcome Skyline at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for West Point, they will take on Apollo at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
