Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sabine). Everything went their way against the Gladewater Bears on Tuesday as the Sabine Cardinals made off with an 87-61 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 69-34 back in January.

Sabine's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-17. As for Gladewater, they are on a 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-22.

Sabine will challenge West Rusk at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Sabine has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Gladewater, they will venture away from home to take on Arp at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Arp knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Gladewater likes a good challenge.
