Basketball Game Preview: Eisenhower Cadets vs. Roosevelt Roughriders

The Eisenhower Cadets and the Roosevelt Roughriders will round out the year against one another at at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Eisenhower is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Chiawana on Monday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Eisenhower was dealt a 78-42 loss at the hands of Chiawana. The Cadets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-21.

Meanwhile, Roosevelt strolled past Archbishop Murphy with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 60-46.

Eisenhower better keep an eye on Pearson Dukes. He was instrumental in Roosevelt's win, putting up 18 points. Those 18 points gave Dukes a new career-high. Flynn Selig was another key player, posting 12 points.

Roosevelt's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Eisenhower, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
