Baseball Recap: Gloucester County Tech Find Success

Gloucester County Tech proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by 11) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Overbrook Rams 2-0.

The result came thanks to Zack Hahn's shutout, as he gave up just six hits. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Gloucester County Tech saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Valey, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Gloucester County Tech's record is now 5-13. As for Overbrook, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Gloucester County Tech didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Washington Township on the 5th. As for Overbrook, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 4-2 defeat against Schalick on the 5th.
