Royale Shelvy's Big Game Leads Jefferson County over Franklin County

Starting off the list is Jefferson County's Royale Shelvy, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Shelvy threw for 217 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 55 yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 55 yards.
