Volleyball Recap: Byron Comes Up Short

Byron saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mercer County Golden Eagles.

Byron's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Mercer County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-14 record this season.

Byron has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Princeton on the 11th. As for Mercer County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Plano on the 11th.
