Baseball Recap: Sulphur Takes a Loss

Sulphur fell victim to Lone Grove and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They fell just short of the Longhorns by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by just one run.

Sulphur saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colton Cole, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double.

Sulphur's defeat dropped their record down to 31-7. As for Lone Grove, their win was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 30-5-1.

As of now, neither Sulphur nor the Longhorns have any future games scheduled.
