Gorham put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Saturday. They blew past the Portland Bulldogs 9-0. The Rams have beaten the Bulldogs the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bulldogs has come to flipping the script.

Gorham's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Portland, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.
