After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy, Centerville was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Jeanerette Tigers get on the board and left with a 20-0 victory. Considering the Bulldogs have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Centerville's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Jeanerette, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the loss, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Centerville will host Central Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. Jeanerette has given up an average of 19.5 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
