Volleyball Recap: Penn Gets the Win

Penn posted their closest win since April 25th on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the Munster Mustangs 2-1.

Penn found their leader in freshman Caio Neto, who had 16 digs and one assist. Neto is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 16 or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Penn's victory bumped their record up to 14-11. As for Munster, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

Penn will face off against Northridge at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Munster, they will be playing at home against Andrean at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Fighting 59ers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight.
