Upper Perkiomen has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 9. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Upper Merion Area Vikings on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Upper Merion Area this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-2 on September 4th.

Upper Perkiomen's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-2. As for Upper Merion Area, with the win, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 5-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Upper Perkiomen will take on Pottstown at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Upper Perkiomen will be up against Pottstown's rather soft defense (which has allowed 8.73 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Upper Merion Area, they will head out to square off against Pope John Paul II at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
