Upper Dauphin Area came tearing into Friday's contest with five straight wins dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 5-4 W against the Halifax Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Trojans have posted since May 1, 2024.

Upper Dauphin Area's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Halifax, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.
